Descriptive abstract

Vacuum nitrogen filling cans sealing machine is suitable for all kinds of circular specification cans packing, such as Tin cans, aluminum cans, plastic cans, paper cans. The machine has two pairs of (four) wheels roll seam sealing. Sealing the difference specification circular cans, just change the indenter, turntable, under cover device. High production capacity, a wide range of applications, high degree of automation, easyto adjustment. Suitable to be equipped in automatic canning production line.

1.Fully stainless steel structure and compact design.
2.Sealing tightly and effectively protect filled powder quality
3.The negative pressure inside the sealed cans is adjustable to remove the persistent ailment of "buckled can".
4.The gas inside the cans is effectively replaced which will greatly prolonging product shelf life.
5.Applicable range including milk powder, health powder product ,condiments ect.
6.Can be only used to seam round shaped cans( Hard paper or metal structure) ,cans dimension range: Dia70-131 Height 100-190mm with different seaming tools.
7.Seaming Capacity  6-14Cans per min , remaining oxygen is under 3%.
