The machine is designed according to the national standard GMP, which suit for ultra-fine powder and high-precision
packaging. Equipped with the weight sensor, give signal to the machine do the flling and lift work. Wildly used in packing of
additive, Toner, fire extinguisher powder, superfine powder etc. The main parts of machine is made by 304 stainless steel. With
the famous brand of the machine body, motor, cylinder, electrical accessories, pneumatic components, pneumatic sealing
machine, sewing machine. And the customer could choose the brand by himself

Main features

1.Equipped with weight senor, under the container pallet. According the preset weight to do the fast flling or the slow flling.
2.Guarantee the high precision of packaging.
3.Serve motor drive the tray' slifting, the lifting speed can beset freely.
4.The screw control by servo motor/drive, stable performance with high precision.
5.PLC touch screen man-machine interface. Easy to operate.
6.The material of the machine is stainless steel. Combined type hopper, easy to clean.
7.Flling head is equipped with adjustable height device, it is suitable forvariety of specifications packaging.
8.Fixed type screw installation, the material properties will not be affected when flling.
9.Work flow: Manual place the bottle or bag -The bottle or bag rise - quick flling, the bottle or bag fall at the same time - flling slowly - reach the setting weight - stop - take out the bottle or bag manual.

10.Working process:  Manual put on bag → Pneumatic hold bag → Bag lift up → Fast fill → Bag descends → Weight approaches → Slow fill → Weight reaches →  Stop fill → Bag release → Manual take out bag.  
11.Filling nozzle dives deep into bag bottom. Bag slowly descends as filling, so weight is less affect by inertia and less dusty
12.Servo motor drives up-down platform,  machine with lift function to avoid the dust fly.
